Light Novel Fan submission sites

I've read a few Light novels and what I like about them is the illustrations that adds to to the connection I have with the various characters.

I was thinking of trying to write a Light novel as a hobby and I was wondering if there are any fan submission sites like wattpad out there that would allow Light novels to be posted?
