Gotta say, Jingi seems completely unsuitable as a teacher, however it's probably a case of "let the two learn from each other" which the other practitioners are trying to pull here. Still, not the ideal situation for the complete notice MC to have a teacher who seems so singularly unsuited to teaching.

Wow, this series has really zero other fans here. I can understand why, the pace is pretty glacial, the characters are meh and the magic is not as fun as in, for example, Tokyo Ravens. Well, I'll be sticking with it for another one or two episodes, in the (probably vain) hope that something interesting still may happen.
