I don't give a $hit about how good or bad it is...If it has Storm Shadow in it again, it will be watched...He's the singular reason the first movie gets a passing grade from me...

So they killed off Tatum Channing and Marlon Wayans? I'm meh either way though...

From what I saw, Marlon isn't even listed in the cast, so his character probably gets killed off screen.

Channing is alive throughout the trailer, they're not gonna kill Duke

and Storm Shadow is back

Pros:
Rock & Bruce Willis
no Marlon Waynes
Proper masks for Snake Eyes and Cobra Commander
less gimmicky crap (looking at you exo suits)

Cons:
This is still Hollywood...

At least from what I can tell, this movie doesn't try to hype itself up as something besides what we go to the movies for--to turn off our brain, and watch all sorts of badassery, including red hot blindfolded female ninjas go all demon hunter on everyone and pwn face.

The Rock as Roadblock...I'm not too sure on, Roadblock had the attitude and while The Rock has attitude as well, he doesn't quite fit for me altho I couldn't say it's a bad fit.

But either way this is looking alot better than the first, alot better.

Pity it looks like the cast is kept small again which is a shame, I'd like to see more Joes, like Beach Head, Alpine, Bazooka and Quick Kick

Meh, I'm not a big fan of "everybody thinks the good guys are bad guy" plots, but it's more of a personal preference. I'm old-fashioned; I hate it when the good guys lose and the bad guys win. I really hate it. It really plays hell on my nerves when the bad guys get off in Law & Order.

I dunno, it feels a little off having Bruce Willis in a based-on movie like G.I. Joe or Transformers. I'm not sure why. :/

Thank GOD, they fixed Cobra Commander's mask. I hope they fixed his voice too. (low and raspy was corny and didn't quite work for him)

So...is Channing "Duke" Tatum dead? Because the trailer sure seems to indicate that fact. In which case, considering how good of a year Tatum is having (and it'll probably only get better), I bet the producers are beating themselves up over the missed opportunity of Tatum's rising star power mixed with the fact that Dwayne Johnson currently has one of the biggest films of the year. Oh well, hindsight is 20/20

This makes me sad...movie is delayed till March 2013 so they can add 3D to it *facepalm* Though I think that's less the reasoning as much as how Battleship got sunk by The Avengers...

Liam Neeson may have trained Batman, Obi Wan and led the A-Team...but he's not enough to take down The Avengers
