-Oh well, nice to see the class get some hand-on lesson on anatomy by dissection using a ~~knife and fork~~ scalpel and forceps.

-And now I have a feeling that we're finally going back to the issue of what bothered Aki in the first chapter of the Autumn arc, that Arakawa has been dodging so far.

I'm going to have to disagree with that completely. I enjoy this series very much for what it is thus far. I guess it helps I was never a gigantic fan of FMA. Don't let your inner fanboy cloud your judgment.

Me too, I enjoy enough the series to buy the special edition of volume 3 to have the Silver Spoon that was with the manga

FMA was great in it's own field, from various perspectives
don't get me wrong, Silver Spoon is by no stretch bad, but if i want a comedy and or a slice of life manga to read, i have atleast 10 ongoing far more interesting series.

I'm enjoying this manga, but FMA was a pretty epic story. But completely different genres so that's not a big deal.

Of course I watched the anime and are reading this manga so may not be able to compare stories here.

True that worrying about the whole Mikage situation should already have had him snapping. Still having no idea what's going on there. Guess he's been so focused on everything else that he hasn't had the time to worry as much about it. I've been hoping for some information, but instead we moved into this issue.

Can't wait to see how this all works out. Wonder if Hachiken is going to visibly snap and need others to help him out for once or if he's first going to find out what the big thing that Mikage and Komaba are keeping to themselves.

Judging by the way things are going right now (and assuming that they were indeed telling the truth and it isn't any of Hachiken's business), I'm guessing that Mikage's 'issues' went something like this:

Shogakukan just aired a bunch of commercials to promote Volume 4 of Gin no Saji. I'm confused...so are they doing a live-action adaptation of this instead of an anime?

Oh well, I like the way Arakawa portrays the teachers realistically - they do have a life outside of school. -I wouldn't be surprised if all the girls get fat like Tamako by the next chapter. Speaking of Tamako, she ate a whole freaking slab of bacon! -Yugo's fears of Grand Theft Bacon came true, with the most surprising yet also most likely of culprits. Shame on you, Shingo! Shame on you! -So, Yugo finally rediscovered the joys of studying. Remember: All work and no play makes Yugo a dull boy! -It's nice of Yugo to send bacon to the Mikages and Komabas, but... -Yugo...you should have sent Butadon's head to Sapporo! The head!!!

Still he had good advice there. Even if you run away you are still going to run to somewhere and experience things. He gained a lot from where he ran to and is likely a better person because he got there. Of course really wonder what's up with Mikage and Komaba. Things have gone pretty well and he's been able to help others with their problems. But here started to have those feelings he had back in his own school coming back. Everyone cheerfully discussing their accomplishments on the jumps while he's left unable to do it. Doesn't help that just about anyone else can do it on the same horse. Maybe it's important that Hachiken overcomes this with that horse, but no sure if that'll happen before he kind of snaps. This failure is really stressing him out. __________________ Anime-Evo
