Which I don't think animators have the money to do it. I have come to accept the view that they will use stories from 3 arc and try to fit in 26 episode format.

If a master dies, can his/her servant form a new contract with any magician or does it have to be one of the six magicians that's already in the war? I'm asking because

However, unless the Servant has the "Free Movement" ability (something all Archers have), they will disappear within 2 hours after their Contract with their Master expires.

Question about Rider and her eyes

I know her true identity, and so it's obvious why she has to cover her eyes. However, I have seen cg of her without the blinder on, and I was wondering how/why this happened. After the Holy Grail War(in the arc where she didn't die) was she somehow freed of her curse so that she wouldn't kill people just by looking at them, or what?

You mean the ones where she's wearing normal clothings and glasses?

Spoiler:

Her glasses is a magic eye suppressor 魔眼殺し, the same type that Shiki (from Tsukihime) wears. It seals Qubeley, her magic eyes.

Her blinder is actually a seal that she placed on herself, called Breaker Gorgon. If she wanted, she can remove the seal (blinder) at any time.

Actually, it's a pretty powerful ability. If she wanted to, Rider could've petrified Shirou easily during the times they fought in the story.

However, unless the Servant has the "Free Movement" ability (something all Archers have), they will disappear within 2 hours after their Contract with their Master expires.

Rider has the ability too, it's slightly weaker though.

And it's not set to 2 hours. Depending on the type of servant and their magic reserves, some can last longer than others. (Servants with high maintenence requirements like Saber would disappear pretty fast)

If a class like Archers have a "free movement" ability, does that mean they can stay in the regular world indefinitely(assuming they don't get killed or use up all their mana)?

And btw, I think I saw her without glasses in one picture, but maybe I was mistaken. Rider in normal clothes > ALL

In theory, if their ranking in that stat is high enough. I don't think it's really possible to have that level of skill in that regard though.

Gil has a ranking of an A+ in that stat. He, obviously, puts that ability to good use so as to gather weapons and the like. Since he's also from the last war he must be able to go a long time. But then again, I'm quite unsure as to when he becomes Kotomine's. Was he his the whole time, and thus had plenty of mana? Or was he making use of his free movement and then just happened to stumble into Kotomine?

Also regarding Gil, what was it that he was meeting with Sakura about in the beginning of the game?

1. Shirou barricaded himself inside a classroom and use his reinforcement magic to construct some defense. Rin forces the door and starts to shoot, breaking the student desk from which Shirou was hiding behind.

When the episode resumes, after the opening credits rolled, Shirou gets outside from the classroom through another door, and Rin stands outside waiting for the smoke to clear away, however, her position quite indicated that she never entered the classroom, but she did.

Can anyone please explain to me?
I suggest you to rewatch the very start of episode six so that you'll grasp what I mean.

2. Archer quite implicates to condemn Shirou's ideals being meaningless, if Shirou is not willing to make sacrifices. Archer criticizes Shirou's naiveness, because Shirou is carrying the pain unto himself and seems oblivious to Saber's wish.

Archer says to Shirou that ideals crumble once conflicted to the harshness of reality.

Why Archer bothers to make remarks about Shirou's disposition on not making sacrifices and having beliefs for just causes?
I can only guess that Archer sees his once naive self in Shirou. He too once believed and had ideals about justice and fighting for the right cause, however, his life marked by constant struggle from bloody war to bloody war torn his hopes apart.

2. The question is why does Archer make those remarks? It's a very large spoiler. I recommend that you wait for that answer as it will surely be explained later on.

Archer's Free Movement rank is B, which allows him to stay in the real world for 2 days without a master. Rider's Free Movement rank is C, which allows her to stay for 1 day without a master.

Gil-sama's rank, A+, allows him to stay indefinately.

Gil-sama's conversation with Sakura? That's a part of Heavens Feel story.

He knew all about Sakura's secrets right from the beginning, and if my memory is correct, Gil-sama was there to tell her to kill herself while she still can, before she loses herself to the black grail.

As what Sushi said, Gil's Free Movement is A+, which means he can remain indefinitely without a Master.

However, Gil still needs to find some way to replenish his mana in order to to fuel his abilities (which Kotomine does by draining orphans mana to fuel Gil).

Who uses the swords Gram (the Norseman Siegfried's sword, used to slay the dragon Fafnir) and Durendal (the holy sword of the French paladin Roland)? They are mentioned in Side materiale... Are they named because Gilgamesh uses them via the Gate of Babylon? Or does Archer trace them somehow?

Both Gilgamesh AND Archer uses them.

Gilgamesh has the original, and Archer/Shirou has everything that Gilgamesh possesses since Shirou Traced everything Gilgamesh had in his Gate of Babylon during their final battle in UBW
