It's also just a better movie, besides the fact that Senna is awesome.

I went for the Substitute Shinigami arc, 'cause I think that once Kubo did the Soul Society arc, he should've ended it there. Having captains kinda killed it a bit imho.

How so the villains sucked more than Kusaka from movie 2, the fight was short, the only thing that made the movie better was Senna

IMHO the last chaotic fight in movie2 was easily better then the entire movie1

Senna was different for a movie in the sense that +1 new female in Ichigo's life (not really though), but meh

I haven't seen movie3 yet btw

I never really cared for movie 1 it was simply okay. Senna simply helped move along

See I'm not a massive "fan" of fight scenes, hence why I don't watch Bleach any more. Plot is superior to action, with animation coming a close second, hence why I like the first movie the best out of the three.

Exactly to you both however there was no big story with Senna in movie 1, but it was okay.

generally yes .. but I'm such a shonen-fan though, that here I can let it slide, especially since this is my fav type of fighting - melee & speed & swords (+ unique abilities, especially illusion types), no wand-waving magic (well, there's Kido (somewhat), but it's kinda secondary)

besides it's fun to play who can spot more Bleach plot holes

I also like to rationalise, scale, compare, explain or ponder etc. about various abilities & power-levels in shonen fights .. Bleach/Naruto/OP are thus gold-mines

The only problem about that is, when there are plot holes, you simply cannot do this accurately, besides recognizing troll-haxx.

well I cannot do it accurately regardless, because I'm merely speculating, my word is not Word of God

it's still fun though, finding ways around the plot holes (or simply not enough info) perhaps even more so

Of course not; but speculation in and of itself needs, inherently, to be based off of facts, Facts does not equal plot-hole-ridden story. xD

To be honest, I like all of the arcs for different reasons (well, except the Bount arc), but my favourite has to be the Turn Back the Pendulum arc. It gave most of the characters a lot of depth and a backstory, and that is always good in anime.
