I download the blu ray rip of the Conan Future boy with chinese sub and it play fine on my computer with zoom player. However, when I transfer the file to my brother computer, it refuse to run even with zoom player. He has a quad core intel so it is not a processor issue. The wierd thing is... when he put it on his torrent box... it play fine.

His pc normally play any file just fine. In case another want to know, the file name contain X264_FLAC, i assume these are codec name.

Try opening the files with a different player such as VLC or MPC-HC. Using the latest version of CCCP might also help.
