FANSERVICE, that's all, there's no indication Houki HAS 20-year old sized breast, Cecilia is said to have very average for her age...but for westerner of course, since she's still large compared to most Japanese girl of that age.

I remember that there's one article in TvTropes that explain this phenomenon (but deleted because some pricks think the article is creepy, damn them).

Think of this, Madoka is really B-cup in Sacred Twins, but when Sacred Twins is made into manga and anime, she suddenly gain what's actually C or even C+ cup even though she stated it's B. the same goes with Houki and Cecilia, and thus every single other girl in vicinity.

EDIT: Average for westerner = large for Japanese.

Guess that explains why the others in Shadow buy Irish being a girl when he's in drag, he doesn't need any chest pads

But didn't Ichika say that Madoka's chest was big and nearly covered his face when they were sleeping? I'm pretty sure B can't do that.

Ichika ALSO mention that "It's C sized, and smell of Lavender" respectively in chapter 8. Guess I was wrong.

EDIT: Anyway, I made a mistake indeed, Madoka is SUPPOSED tot have a B-cup, but then again remember that she's 164 cm, taller than most Japanese girl of that age, so her B-Size is the same as Cecilia whose are 158 cm... I'll fix it.

Those things do not look like things 15/16 year old females should have

This is a problem since having a larger chest makes Gynophobia have a bigger effect on a person since they can't ignore it. Doesn't that actually hurt though? Common complaints are that large chests cause shoulder pain.

The above post is edited for great justice, that aside, it was called most common superpower for a good reason.... the mass of the breast can be so massive that the girl became strong from carrying it alone! It's like wearing a weighed vest 24 hours a day

B Gata H Kei depict them on the realistic side because it's a plot point, the heroine is B sized and her friend are F-sized.

How much taller is Fillia than the rest of the cast? I stated that her height is 182 cm(may be subject to change) but I'm not sure how much taller that makes her than everyone else.

Eras asked why the depiction of breast in the anime didn't consistent with the novel, so I explain it.

Depend of which version do you use. For example, Houki is explained as average height (156-158 cm) in the novel, looked like around 160-162 cm in the manga, but close to 165-166 in the anime (I stated her as 166 cm in Sacred Twins). Chifuyu in the Manga is 6 cm shorter than Ichika, and about 1 cm taller than him in the anime. Ichika is around 170-174 cm depending on sources (Incidentally, Manga Ichika is the tallest)

Karon - Should be CC, but you guys...!

Celeste - AA. Based on Laura's anatomy. Breasts are the last thing to develop in supersoldiers.
Erika - B. Typically flat character.

Ange - Should be E. All that South Californian beef, and snark.
Kei - AA (For obvious reasons)
Agniese and Monique - A. These two I just realized are ELEMENTARY SCHOOLERS.

But it serves my purpose even more.
