Universal Century-wise: Victory 2 or Zanspine (if it had seen combat). Followed by the, technically, Hi-Nu Gundam to me but mainly cause of the psycoframe technology. Otherwise, it'd be followed by either F91 or the Xi Gundam or Penelope from Hathaway's Flash (with all the Minovsky technology)
Alternate universe-wise: Definitely the Turn A/Turn X. Over EVERYTHING, it's also most likely the Turn A and Turn X. They may seem very "simplistic" compared to more fancy things like the V2 Assault-Buster (basically a Dendrobium in MS size), but its sheer power to wipe out ANY form of technology and reducing it to sand instantly AND being able to do it to the whole Earth??? x_x

Yep I have to agree with him. Devil/Dark gundam is the most advance gundam of all, it has 3 powers. Self-Resurection, Regenaration and Self-Evolution and it can cover almost the whole of the entire earth?!! WHAT OTHER GUNDAM CAN DO THAT?!! Even if it doesn't have a pilot it can still evolved to a more terrifiying state. Only the burning power of Domon and Rain's love destroyed it.

If going by most advanced MS during the time...
First Gundam/8th MS team/War in the Pocket: Gelgoog? 0083: Dendobrium, hands down. It's more advanced then most MS in Zeta. Zeta: Not sure about this one. Never saw it(I'm a terrible person, I know) Perhaps The-O though? Double Zeta: See Zeta, although I'm willing to be Double Zeta... CCA: Hi-nu(if including the novel), but I've never seen CCA, so its not worth a grain of salt. F91: Not going to touch that one.... Never seen it, nor can I guess Victory: V2 I guess... again, never saw it. SEED: SF, although it's still ugly as hell. Perhaps Gold Frame Amatsu Mina Custom though... The ability to drain an enemy's battery externally is impressive... Wing: Virgo(and if cannon, Scorpio). Mobile doll system, with an overall good MS(although it got plot-owned). Future Century: Devil Gundam, no contest. Cosmic Era: Turn A/X AW: Double X. These are just guesses, don't take them as fact. |

Dude, V2 has everything F91 has, (beam shields, VSBRs, and minovsky drive, a.k.a WINGS OF LIGHT), so V2 > F91 in being advanced.
In the UC, I'd probably say V2 or X-bone being the most 'advanced', technology-wise. Wings of Light, beam shields and VSBR technology are probably the pinnacle of MS technology/weaponry in the UC, IMO. In FC, well... Devil Gundam pfft... ACC, well aside from the Zero System, there's nothing really too advanced in AC (btw, VSBR > TBR) For AW, the Flash system and Satellite Cannons are probably the most advanced thing to come outta that show, MS-wise, so I'd say the X's. (The Divider Shield/Beam Harmonica is pretty unique, but does it classify as advanced?) For CC, well, I have no idea... hmm... this is really tough... hmm.... I dunno, what do you think? pfft... For CE, I'd definately have to give it to Strike Freedom Gundam, at first, I'd say Destiny or Stargazer, but after reading the MG manual, SF apparently has that VL shit that Stargazer has, plus beam shields (i know many gundams have that now, but hey, its still advanced), plus it also has a quantum communication system so noobs like me can just fire dragoons like a madman without actually being Rau. Although ∞ Justice is up there with SF, I wouldn't really say its got anything too advanced, since the only new thing its added is more beam sabers. Well... I'd say it has the most advanced subflight lifter of all time, at least, lol. |

I'm going to have to say Ball. Yeah. Ball is definitely the superior mobile weapon across any Gundam universe. Turn A? A moustached weakling compared to the unfathomable might of the RB-79! Devil Gundam? An oversized, regenerating wuss. V2? It might stand a chance against the almighty Ball, if the Ball pilot were asleep! HA!
.................................................. ...by the way, if you couldn't tell by now, I'm joking. |

Definately wing zero/epyon, the zero system (and any copy of it in another series) allows the pilot to do exactly what he's thinking of instead of what his reaction time and physical limits allow him to.
