It would be better if Bones buy the rights for Infinite Stratos and continue the first season instead of making this.

But Bones don't care much for ecchi/harem/moe fanservice compared to other studios (but it did a great job on Star Driver even though it has less moe factor) and pay more attention to intelligent/type-A anime. Also, it produced one shoujo show (Ouran High School Host Club) and one BL (yaoi) show (No.6).

Exactly. If Bones helming IS, I think they’ll make it more interesting than before. That’s actually better than (possibly) soiling the name of Eureka 7 with (possible) harem format.

If its the case of lacking smooth movements and easing, it means that the problem is with the secondary animators.

Either the secondary animators are bad at filling in betweens, or they simply have a lack of time, budget or manpower. Problems caused by doing too many projects I guess.

Not possible anymore: MF chunked(discontinued) IS. Check the LN page for more details.

And as for Eureka IS: there is nothing here that says the girls will fall for the MC or that the MC is the Harem Ki- err Harem Hero type.

That's why I add "if" and "possible" there. That's a very big "if" and pretty big "possible".

I checked on Baka-Tsuki and I don't see why it is discontinued. I thought it was ongoing

Lol no, you don't understand- It's not Baka-Tsuki that's discontinuing the series, it's Media Factory, the publisher, that has severed it's relations with the Author.

Meaning literally, they won't be publishing anymore new Infinite Stratos.

It's just screaming alternate universe. The character resemblances especially (Ao's/Renton's gramps, Gazelle/Holand).

Maybe Renton threw her off when they were being chased. Or that she jumped off the Nirvash, that's why the Nirvash ended up at sea.
