Well, its an artists work; so it doesn't need to be picture perfect... I skimmed through some images of her on Google, and it looked as if she was carrying a "shotgun?" or w/e the hell that is, similar to the one in that picture.. As for clothing, they also look similar.. Anyways, I wasn't really sure to begin with, but I thought it was a possibility.

You're right and wrong. That is not Real's final character design, but it is early concept art for her. Real could have looked like that if the artist hadn't refined her design a bit more.

It's from 戦闘妖精少女 たすけて！メイヴちゃん (Sentou Yousei Shoujo Tasukete! Mave-Chan)
It's a parody anime made by the Sentou Yousei Yukikaze animation crew.
They took a serious jet-fighter anime, and turned all the fighter jets into cute girls.

This shot is of the main villain, Mr. Forgetta - The monster of Oblivion.
And yes, he's supposed to resemble the Getter Robo.
It's a joke on Bandai Visual Emotion anime label (They are well known for Getter).

Cant really expect anyone to know the name of this anime... but if anyone recognizes the animation used in it, that may very well send me in the right direction... P.S. I was thinking "Piano", or "Iriya no Sora UFO no Natsu", does anyone agree with this? As it would way too much time skimming through every episode of both series.

I've not watched either of the series you mention, but the colour tones and the style in which the fingernail is drawn reminds me of Gakuen Heaven.
