Either Kaguya wasn't dead and shut it down thus getting back at the Oni for what Youki did, or the Youki that was (seemingly) killed was just a fake one that Seimei and Toutatsu thought they were fighting (given Youki's gas can screw with people's senses, so he could've been leaking it beforehand). After all, Youki did have that whole, "I won't let anyone else have this power, including Jakiou" bit.

Also, most likely obvious, Momoko also looking a lot more like her mother with her Ultimate Three-God Fusion.

Ironically when this anime become serious, it's seriously looks like sucks...

Nobody needs something like serious about this anime...

Well, what a good ending. With Youki gone and the world is safe, everything is a-okay!

Still, seeing Momoko and Onihime continue their fight... Should they just get along and act like sisters!?

Definitely a guilty pleasure this season, but even then, considering how confusing and/or boring some things ended up becoming like Captain Earth and Mahouka, it's actually not that bad, lol.

And Momoko and Onihime fighting really has more or less become "sisterly" by this point as opposed to on Onigashima, when Onihime felt she had to fill in Jakiou's shoes by defeating Momoko. Quite clear that the fighting is no longer truly "serious" like before, but much more playful.

Well anyway, I think Oni-hime was historically cute tsundere character.
Maybe especially male can agree with me.
I don't regret to see this, at all.

I did think it was clever the way the animators manage to make much of Momoko's fan-service shaped like peaches, lol.
