Ichiru suddenly changing sides suprised me somehow and gave me a feeling of a rushed plot conclusion . Anyway who would have thought that despite all of their disputes everyone has the same enemy? Is it pointing to the / a final showdown?

About Ichiru: He's Zeros twin brother always being the weaker one of them both due to some illness not described further. There was also some law or rule of the hunter society doing something about the weaker (twin)brother in common, i just can't remember exactly if it had been revealed or if i'm just mistaking the whole thing. And no, there's nothing "going on" between them it's just brotherly love interpreted by a shoujo manga author

what will happened to them ~

Seems Ichiru was already dying so the best he could do is to give his life to her brother so Zero can become even stronger with the full vampire hunter power up.
Seems Rido in his non-resurrected form could not be killed so everyone gambled that once resurrected, he will be killed definitively.

In the end i think that a Zero x Yuuki is more probable, with now Zero = Vampire Knight.
Kaname is some antic from the past so i don't foresee him alive by the end of the manga even if i prefer Kaname over Zero.
In addition Zero might want to get his revenge on kaname for having manipulated everyone Yuuki included to further his goal to destroy Rido.

I'll say this :

kaname = is strong from the outside , but in the inside he's weak .. he can't show his weakness because of his rank and responsibility ~

Now that Zero is super!zero, he'll be the one to kill Rido (if thats even possible) but...will he kill Kaname too?? This will be his chance but if he does, what will that do to his and Yuuki's relationship...he's already tried once in chap 35 and Yuuki stopped him/slash he was in shock over that revelation

why does this manga takes a month for a new chapter while naruto takes one week and they both have the same amount of pages. I would understand if vampire knight has like 30 pages per chapter and need more time. Does the author that busy on other things? zzzzz, one month is too long, and i really like this storyline.

vampire Knight chapter are always about 32 pages. the shortest chapter was 30 pages

this week we got chapter 40 that was 31 pages one + a side story that was 12 pages long. so this month we got 43 pages. I don't see why your mad

I did read an interview with Hino , it's kinda old I think , cuz they show it in Shojo Beat
when the manga was published in English ~

anyway look at this :

Ichiru just gave Zero one more reason to kill Rido.

What confuses me is what this strange power Zero has and what he stole from Ichiru in their mother's womb? Or is that simply a melodramatic way of saying that one twin was naturally born stronger and now feels guilty for it.

I think it probably works like this: the magazine is a monthly magazine and decides how many pages per month it can devote to this manga. Naruto is so popular that it is published in a weekly magazine, which can afford to give it that same number of pages every week. Mangaka apparently just about never work entirely alone, so probably this sensei's studio has 2-3 helpers, whereas Naruto might have several times more people working on it.

I am only up to chapter 37, and I have to say how great this storyline is, especially in chapters 35-36. The manga just seems to get better and better, to me.
