can you make me a desktop wallpaper

if YES: can you make me a supa chibi and cute disgaea one, all the characters doing something together or along those lines and can you write something really cute in chinese bubble writing ^^

Hmm, I think I have just the thing, but what exactly do you want me to write? I don't have any Chinese fonts, but I can certainly try... ^_^

I know what she's talking about; it's this bubbly font (for Chinese). Unfortunately, I don't have it and have no idea where to get it...so too bad, no cute Chinese bubbly writing.
