The World Cosplay Summit 2012 event ended in Nagoya on Saturday with an announcement that director Goro Taniguchi (Scryed, Code Geass) is making an anime project "for cosplayers." More information will be revealed soon.

still i'm glad he back from his self imposed exile from the anime-scene,still i also believe people are taking the cosplay thing litterally.

This is not it the director is Hisashi Saito

But it might be it, although Goro Taniguchi will serve as a creative producer. The story is outlined : It focuses on a group of cosplayed dolls who are fighting with the power of cards.
