I was hoping that she would at least help Soma in his stands but it didn't happened since she most likely will help Polar Dorm stands. .

I guess so.. but sometimes, its more than just a 'misplaced' letter.

I mean, if said character's in the chapter, with his/her name being mentioned more than once, & the poster still gets it wrong, its 'triggers' me in a negative way.

Eh.. is there even a need to worry? I hope you didn't forget her (established) position/status in this series.

Hey guys, first time posting in this manga section for shokugeki no soma. Got super hooked and caught up over like 3 days. Anyway, let me know what you guys think, but my best guess on his approach, and likely what I'd do in his shoes is:

1) Capitalize / leverage the spiciness of kuga's mapo tofu dish and create Chinese dish / dessert that goes well to combat or soothe the spiciness.

In other words, instead of going against him, use his popularity AND his dish and how the customer feels afterwards to create a dish that can be enjoyed after eating kuga's dish, and perhaps multiple servings in order to beat him in dish count or whatever.

I don't know my Chinese cuisines well enough but if there is something that complements the spicy like a cool or sweet dish, that might work well, and the crowd flooding back to Soma would then create more popularity on its own, and result in new comers to try somas dish first before venturing down further to Kuga's because it might be blocked by the group of people or for whatever other reason.

In any case, it seems like he has to find a way to take advantage of the draw towards kuga's offering in order to succeed, not a head on battle.

That wont work because kuga wouldnt just reveal so easily what he's doing. In order to make the amount of servings he needs he'd definitely have to practice ahead of time. He got lucky that time with the eggs but he has to be incredibly careful with chinese food.

Those spoilers arent to be trusted because i see no way that Alice and Ryou would work together with hayama and group. Erina tasting dishes for anybody outside of Hisako would be impossible to believe.
