Production I.G.

I wonder if they're almost trying to make up for the piece of crap that Tsubasa Reservoir Chronicles apparently was.

lol Well I dunno what "kind of crap" 1st and 2nd season spewed up. But I'm willing to watch this series. Seeing as Kajiura's one of my fav composters. Plus that CLAMP's my fav JP artists.

Promising...At least with the intro of the other One. I didn't think they would have began animated that arc so quickly.

Sorry guys, but it's an OAD that comes with volumes 21, 22, and 23. I do hope it spawns another season, but this time, no Bee Train. If there's a new season Production I.G or Madhouse should animate it.

Bee Train were the ones behind the first two seasons. I personally enjoyed them, though they could have been a lot better --- so CLAMP canceled the third series, and now we have this. Production I.G. worked on the [i]TC[i] movie, so at least we know what to expect.

Also, we talked about this in the first season thread --- so you'll find more information about this project there.

Yeah, but well, since Bee Train is... or is it was? a subsidiary of I.G., I guess it's linked in some way? When I said "make up for" I was actually meaning more like the producers and maybe CLAMP, wanting to give a proper adaptation of the story where they have more control over it.

TBH though, I haven't actually watched this or read the manga or anything - not even seen the I.G. film, but I just find it interesting when seasons get cancelled, remakes are done, that sort of thing.

Yeah, i guess people enjoyed the movie because of its shorter time, and new material was rather interesting. CLAMP stayed for the making of the first season, and then left for the second --- you can see the huge difference between the two.

If you take some time to read some of this thread, then you'll find your answer.

A trailer has just been released! It's available on the official site as well as subbed in Spanish by the group FnF. I am already loving the theme song that's playing in it sung by Maaya. The release date is November 16 for the first episode, just to remind everyone.

your not the only one there. I havent even finish season 2 because I heard the story is still going on (least in the manga that is). I was waiting for a continuing season, hope they can conclude the story.

The OP is called "Synchronicity" by Yui Makino and the ED is "Saigo no Kajitsu" by Maaya Sakamoto. There ya goes.
