What does yoisho mean?

At the very end of the anime when akane is reading the picture book she says yoisho 3 times a few times. what does it mean?

onigiri version translates it as heave-ho

yoisho don't have any meaning in particular, it's just similar to English saying 'one, two, one, two'. Usually yoisho is said during doing doing things like marching, rope-pulling or when a bunch of young people (or kids) trying to lift something together I believe.

Another thing:

What's with the nurse that's somtimes appears in the mayumayu hour? I don't get that at al?

Yoisho is used during anything that requires physical effort. Lazy people sometimes say it when the sit down haha
