well.
it's different endings you use when you talk to someone and says theire names.
example:

naruto-kun
Hinata-chan
Sakura-san

though I'm not really sure but the different endings is decided by the persons sex, age and how much respect you have for that person.

as I said I'm not really sure about this..but a got a little idea of how it works.
but you might want to use google.com
remember google is your friend.

  • For children you use -kun for a boy and -chan for a girl.
  • For cute girls you might use -chan to emphasize her cuteness even though she is grown up. (Don't use this in the wrong setting, like the workplace.)
  • For a man of lesser status you might say -kun even though they are adult. (Yeah, that's a putdown.)
  • For someone of similar status or somewhat respected you use -san
  • For someone much greater than yourself you would use -sama

There are many more, but those are the most important ones. There are also cases where they can take on slightly different meanings based on context. Here are a few common ones relating to the status of the person you are addressing:
  • -senpai: Your senior in school or work.
  • -sensei: A teacher.
  • -nisan: Your older brother.
  • -neesan: Your older sister.

I have heard it before, and I also checked at wikipedia to verify that: for some cases, -kun can be used for females, although I don't know the conditions for that.

One case where I've seen -kun used for a girl is as an inferior in the workplace. Though I don't hear -kun used for a girl very often.

Ok, what the hell is that thing on Naruto's shoulder?

I looked at some of the character outfit threads...didn't see anyone mention it. Is it a lipstick? A magic marker? Is it functional or mearly decorative?

Someone must be able to unravel the mystery that is that shoulder thing...

I think the odds are better that they're using the KG material to make a movie in the future, which would become a great success. It's a good idea imo.

Because if he is dumb it´ll be easy for Kishimoto to explain things for the audience. Meaning Kishimoto believes his audience is just as smart as Naruto is.

No?

How come Jiraiya has such an insight of Akatsuki to predict when they are about to make a move?

Who or what provides him the information about Akatsuki? or what are his information channels?

Jiraiya is partially aware of what Akatsuki is trying to accomplish.

And, his channel of communication, as either himself or some insider, is, currently, unknown, but he was assumed to be a part of it, at least at the beginning (when he mentioned about following Oro and learning about Akatsuki).
