^ As much as I'd love a Fuko themed car as above, thumbnails might make it a it friendlier to everyone's connection... haha

Hmm can you really do that without using photoshop on the computer? There some like this except for Ace Combat 5, Zero and 6.

Great scans Mirificus and thank you for uploading them.

The idolm@ster paintjobs in AC5 and AC6 are OFFICIAL paintjobs (made by NAMCO). The paintjobs done in FM2 are done using only the tools in the livery editor + hours upon HOURS of work.

Nice work.

It's a bit on the small side, but good work nonetheless.

Oh yeah, IMHO, if you are gonna blur the shadows in a part of your vector, it's better to blur them all and not just some. The way the shadows on her hand go from not blurred to blurred looks a bit strange if you ask me.

I knew I forgot to do something. Thanks for the tips, it is much appreciated and I agree it is rather small so I'll make sure to make them bigger in the future.

Actually, the surface of the object [flat/round] that the shadow is on and the distance of the object creating the shadow can affect if the shadow was blurred or not. You would have to decide which shadows to blur and which not to. So, even if you blurred the shadows, not all of them would be blurred.

For example, you would blur shadows on most parts of clothes except for parts where something such as an arm is obstructing the light, since they're smooth surfaces and the light/shadow fades. But for the shadows under the hair on the bangs of the character, they wouldn't be blurred because they're close to the surface.

Yes, you are right. The distance, the angle and the object at hand are what determines how a shadow would end up looking in the end.

Then again, when it comes to anime characters, I prefer to take the "cute" approach for most things.

And in this case in particular, I personally feel that the shadows would look better if they were all even across the whole arm. (blurred or not blurred)
