All the skills combined are pretty broken. Lots of passive effects, also he needs a sword type weapon now to go with that one skill.

Is it perhaps the fact that there's no limit to how many skills that Han can learn? Or the fact that his ability can potentially grow to monstrous heights?

Well, let's see....

He requires no work or effort to learn skills (though he may still need combat experience)
His skills level according to use, meaning he literally grows stronger as he fights
He can apparently scale his powers infinitely
He has no limit on the number of skills he can learn
He can increase his personal characteristics (like intelligence) by.... hitting stuff

And on a meta level....

He has a friend nearby to explain it all without needing to puzzle it out by himself
He has the support of a group of friends and allies who not only trust him but are eager to see him grow
The world itself is apparently on his side

not that shocking to me, the old man already note that the guys ability is assisted by the world, even if he didn't receive those over power skill, the guys can always go to a shop and buy martial art books, sure, they might not anywhere near as good, if he fully master them and increase his level, naturally he's still broken.

Remember that he can't learn certain skills because they can have a detrimental effect. Also, it's not as easy as you think to level up skills. In the beginning, they grow quickly, but it's like leveling up in MMORPGs. The higher your level, the harder it becomes to level up again because you need more EXP and because your level is higher you earn less EXP from the same activities. The Legendary Moonlight Sculptor explains it really well. So in the end, it's still gonna require some effort on his part.

How awesomely refreshing seeing a MC show concerns, interest and brains about his family and what possible secrets they may have!

The deal with the mother I really hope won't be brushed under the rug after it's revealed, if anything I hope it brings her into the story more as something like this is just not common in any series really.
Whether it's mother and son combo taking on the world or mother vs son I look forward to it.

And fuuuu~ I want his ability so much, storing your crap in virtual inventory is sooooooo handy!

And lol even he recognizes he has to grind, that made me grin stupidly

so if he touch a book of bruce lee he can learn automatically jeet kune do
or with some science book he will be able to create weapons

This is just my own speculation, but:

Unless it was specifically an instruction manual on, for example, creating specific chemicals, I think the general science textbooks would just raise his intelligence because it would technically be studying.

As for the martial arts, same thing. If it's an instruction manual like the ones the Han just got recently, then it'll probably be learned.

Chapter 16 is up.

Han goes through some more martial arts training with his friend, increasing his skill level quicker that expected.

He gets to training with a sword (developed sword mastery skill) and a spear. Oh right, the sword he got is a rare item, too.

And damn, he's leveling up fast. One-hit killing the zombies is getting him lots of exp. It's partially thanks to the skills he's gotten and the enhancements to his stats.

Finally, we see the confrontation between Han and Kwon Shi Yun (the red-head). And it seems like...she doesn't remember him at all.

He has to jog her memory by explaining their last encounter when he saw her battle with the Black Summoner.

Near the end of the chapter, she seems like she's bad with remembering other people's faces....
