More seriously, this episode at least hinted a bit at something that's probably inevitable, and hence it was certainly time for it to be finally hinted at. And that's the presumptive main pairing of Riki/Rin. This is the first episode where I had the impression that either character felt anything other than platonic friendship for one another.

I'm surprised, it actually was a good stand alone episode. Got me giggle few times. Looks like they are finally learning how to do the comedy.
So we have twin arc next? GOOD! Because they are the ones I want to know more about ever since Konata was introduced. Looks like Mio has changed a bit. Liked her sneaky but well thought attacks. That's how action heroes should attack, using surprise factor and not letting enemy finish his/her blabbering.

... And he apparently has enough girls that like him to have a different one be his girlfriend in each Bond-esque movie he stars in. Kyousuke can be his Money Penny.

The sleepover was my most awaited event from the common route and it didn't disappoint.
You can't go wrong with girls in pajamas + fanservice + trap Riki + Anego's sexual harassment. Finally J.C. Staff made good use of the comedic material. Nice idea integrating the paper swords battle in this episode. [mod edit: removed information about future episodes; please use one of the speculation/spoiler threads instead]

Obviously me and JC staff.
Oh crossdressing... that's exactly what we needed. Might as well throw in the mandatory Okada reference , but apparently Yuiko has some pretty crazy fetishes. And Mio who seems to be taking pictures for her own personal use seems to be just as kinky. Which is good, you know. Anyhow, nice and fun episode, and the comedy actaully hit right for most of this episode-- tends to be a rare feat for this series-- though animation was really spotty. Also there was no good fanservice of Yuiko herself so what gives? This was definitely an episode that shows how Yuiko can mess with people in a playful way and her voice is definitely very sexy. (Then again, she's the original VA for Tomoyo, so... I'd just like to put it there. )

Mio was the best character this episode. Poker face surprise attacks FTW!
Great episode, though humiliating for Riki. So much homo and yuri in this episode for laughs. Quote:
*reads comment* *spit-takes* WHAT?! My favorite CLANNAD character is Anego?

Hah, it can be a bit awkward. Though she voiced Tomoyo in Tomoyo After. The anime series's Tomoyo is voiced by another excellent VA, Houko Kuwashima, and is the one you're most likely familiar with.
Of course, don't make me pick between which Tomoyo. That isn't really fair, though at the very least it is good that Yuiko has drawn inspiration from Tomoyo as to at least achieve some fraction of her greatness as the best Key female character ever or most likely beyond Key as well, and perhaps more in the future.
