Source on that "translation"? Only the first paragraph seems correct to me. Those that follow are bogus. Apart from that "translation" coming out of nowhere, May'n does not speak like that, especially of others. She's a nice girl and only writes and talks nicely about others.

They did report about the REAL contents of that interview, which I can verify myself even though some of those text are blurred.

If it is a summary, it's not there on the article, and if it's a personal opinion, why is it written in first person, as if May'n is personally saying it? And a Budokan concert? What the...? This translation in clearly a troll, and at the least it should now be marked as such.
And thanks for the source. Second hand info should always be credited, not just for traceability, but also as a sign of thanks to the person who took the time to post it. In this case, it just happens to be of a dubious nature. I wonder now how much of these has gotten here.

Anyway, yeah...I think most of the "summary" is made up.
Even though Sheryl and Ranka are friends, I do not think that it's because the both of them put together their voices to sing a song together, but it's because they each have their own set of thoughts, and let their thoughts form a song together. This time (probably referring to the movie?) facing so many opposition & fights, Shery's feelings of not wanting to lose, climbing higher and then losing everything…I think she must have had a lot of strong emotions about it and I want to show that kind of determination and bitterness through the song, but actually I myself too have those. When I was singing『サヨナラ～』, the key was so high that it feels like my blood vessels were going to burst (laughs). A duet of this song seems unlikely though, and if it was a LIVE performance, I guess it would be very tiring for me (laughs)

Even though we were supposed to switch over to the 2nd ending during episode 14, we had to push it backwards to episode 18…we were delayed for a month waiting for Nakajima-san to finish recoding and at that time, she was in the studio everyday until late at night..so you could tell how hard she had it!

It should be because 『サヨウナラノツバサ』(Sayonara no Tsubasa) had such a high key that Nakajima-san could only join in during certain key moments in the chorus. (Earlier there were rumors that this song would be entirely sung by Sheryl, and Ranka would only come up in the chorus)….it is partially confirmed that Sheryl will be singing it solo in the Budokan concert. It's highly unlikely that Ranka will be singing it solo….but of course if we change the key then it might be possible.

About reliability, there is simply no way of be 100 percent sure. At least, the only news i choose to translate are the ones with pics attached.
But Hey, everything Kresphy has ever wrote for years at MW comes from this same circle of guys. Someone would have noticed fakes if they existed.
PS. Since shaloom get named, you must know the guy has payed big time what he did.
The only ones who stayed in his forum after the fakes are 90% all rankafans. They even force him to change the main banner inserting ranka in the middle of it.
And if he ever dares to banish one of them, his site simply will die out.
