Okay, the episode centering around Manaka waking up and what everyone is doing, thinking or feeling around that comes to an end with the deed itself. Finally. Yay! And as far as that went it did a plenty fine job portraying that and remaining true to its own character.

Now can we begin to move on out of the emotional and maturity ice age the poor Shioshishio inhabitants are stuck in? Please?

Yeah, pretty much the only character who got a proper character arc was Hikari. Everyone else only got bits here and there.

The relationship between Tsumugu and Chisaki? They don't have much of a relationship. They barely interact despite living together.

This ep marks the first time Hikari actually took notice of Chisaki. She'd better start raiding her closet if she wants to stay in the game

Poor Miuna's about to be benched though, unless Manaka intervenes somehow. It's going to be very interesting to see what she has in store for the polygon. One thing's for sure, the atmosphere is going to be a whole lot livelier with her around. Maybe she'll even fall for Sayama

if okada did not develop anything between Chisaki is tsugumu after 5 years of living in the end it will be trivial.

I'm curious reaction hikari watching the reaction of Manaka with tsugumu
for the next episode you will not see

Not all the volumes of the bluray are out yet. You never know how the audience will react to the last episode. It could easily go from 4k to 8k depending on the ending.

now is telling everyone to be in love with her, but Chisaki says nothing.

The frozen time will start to move. And that is when everything will begin... Heh. I was waiting for this moment to dust that off...

So the problem with Miuna still stands. She's still the the main character through contrived events and deus ex machina. And the problem with this episode really is we spent over half of it talking about things we already knew about Miuna. Where's the natural character development?

Well we did speculate that Miuna was going to have dilemma about waking up Manaka, and this episode animated it.

Perhaps we should speculate further regarding other characters so when they are animated, we cans say "We knew that already".

I agree, it took to long and after 2 month it's just reached 4000 copies, that isn't good, and I don't know much about the cost that PAW has invested on publicity, I read that after it bombed the first week with 1,150 copies they started an agressive marketing campaign on various media and that needs money.

This isn't a hit so far. I'd call it a hit if it reaches above 7,500 copies.

The point I am trying to make is that you could have taken a good fifteen minutes of the episode out and I would have been none the wiser. Doesn't help that Miuna's drama lacks any kind of pathos, unlike Hikari and Manaka.

Whats great about NagiAsu's BD sales is that it tripled it sales from 1.1K to 4K, in just 2 months. Its very rare for a series to do that, even if a series sold 10K the first week its nearly impossible to make it to 30K in 2 months
