Comet Lucifer
A new original anime titled 'Comet Lucifer' has a site up. The site seems to be fairly interesting imo and is scheduled to premiere in Fall 2015. The drawing on the site so far seems to reveal the artwork of a young girl. The anime is original, not based on any source so far. Plot Summary: Quote:

Don't know what it is about, however it assume it'll probably revolve something about demons and asteroid/shooting stars from the title alone. I'm also curious to see who'll animate this.
EDIT: Leaked videos showing a bit more of this anime, starting with visuals:

Episode 1:
Well this is fairly interesting imo at least by the way it started. The world fiction has potential and we have a bit of sci-fi as well with that scooter thing or whatever. The OP song is somewhat catchy and I think it has somewhat of foreshadowing. Sogo seems a bit childish imo or at least he is a lot of energy. The crystal he found is red in color and seems to have special properties. I think Amagi and his friend took a bit of a big risk though...and fell in that ridiculously big hole. I'm going to assume that there's some romance in this series with Sogo and the friend he was with. I think the episode sets up the rest of the course for the season but still not entirely sure what to expect. Could be a hit or miss show but definitely has my interest so far.

Well, this wasn't the most original thing I've ever seen (to put it lightly it's really derivative) but it was reasonably entertaining and fun. The visuals are nice, the characters are simple but OK (and Otto has more personality than I'd expected), the mech design is OK... I think I'll stick with this one.
(I'm not looking forward to the love triangle, though.) |

the first ep is absolutely boring as expected.
I hope the plot will get better before haft of the series. Compared to other mecha series's first episode, this one is weak because the protagonist is so childish and he needs plotshield and stuff ~ |

Standard-issue, but enjoyable. I like the kid and the girl who likes him. Decent work by Kobayashi Yuusuke as the guy, very good work by Takahashi Rie as the girl (Kobayashi in Ranpo Kitan, Futaba in Sore ga Seiyuu).
Reminded me of a hundred other shows for mid-teens, but I still enjoyed it and am looking forward to how things develop.

Great start, Im liking everything I see and hear so far, looking forward to Felia proper introduction in the next episode and hopefully more of that sweet mecha action.
OP/ED delivered nice visuals and music, a job well done on both so I won't be skipping them. |

Man, I am so confused. I don't even know where they are or how they got there.
He crawls around in a cave, gets a crystal, goes to city, then ends up back in the cave again? Or is this a different place? The guys are drilling underwater.. but when they break through, there is no water flowing in... Much confusion. |

Ep 01
I rather enjoyed the first episode, but nothing that blew me away, per se. Am willing to stick around to check out further episodes, at least. The OP works quite well, I thought, but at present my feeling is that this could be another one of the series that I would enjoy in general but will be frustrated by because I somehow get the feeling it could be "oh so much better". We'll see ... would love to be proved wrong and blown out of the water! I particularly enjoyed the recitation part at the beginning. Hmm.

I had a really hard time suspending my disbelief with this one. So many chances where the protags could've injured themselves to death, but didn't.
The cosmic conflict thing looked interesting, but then there's this weird mix of adult issues and children running around. Just not my cup of tea. |
