Hmm... we will see, Hamazura has been getting way too many free passes since NT.1, with NT.22 having been his worse offense by far. I have pretty much lost all hope that Kamachi will address any of it or make him suffer the consequences like the others (Touma, Misaka, Accelerator, Misaki) have.

Wouldn't it be messed up if the mana was coming from all the espers that have been rushed to the emergency room of the hospitals.

It's more likely that the coins are luck syphons that recharge by absorbing the luck of the nearest person connected to the one holding it, that would explain how so far two people connected to Hamazura happened to die when he was nearby and why Kamachi is keeping ITEM away from him for the time being.

Maybe this phenomena is happening to everyone who owns a coin and that's why there are so many deaths that Hamazura maybe partly be perceiving as murders. Of course, that isn't to say that there aren't some members of Anti-Skill (or hidden D.A. agents) that might be taking advantage of the situation to exact some revenge.

In light of this recent chapter, we can safely confirm that Accelerator is intent on purging the Dark Side, and he doesn't care what the repercussions are to the city. Touma will likely deck him at this rate cause its causing massive deaths, and Kakine has got so much more material to mentally crush Accelerator. #6 is definitely going to oppose this too, Accelerator's got a lot cut out for him.

Her main objective was to meet Touma.
Now that is done, she is just doing things to kill time.
So she just goes on to collect some test data on the merchandise of her company like a big company will do.
And the result is pleasant, the freedom provided by the magic completely eradicated the order that science can maintain.

Through various intended results and unintended accidents that were produced by the coins, operation hand cuff ends in a massacre of Dark Side members by Frilsand#G in effort to protect the innocent Child Errors and a mass suicide of Anti-Skill member whom cannot stand the guilt from various horrifying accidents caused by the coins they used.

Well, she's different from all the other Big Bads so far. She doesn't have some huge goal she's working toward, she's more random, which makes her tougher to deal with.

GT4 going to be a volume about Gunha? Not sure who else is left to serve as protagonist.

That leads her into intentionally bullying the weak.
Big bad in this series usually has some grand plan that they are working on with our cast getting involved the collateral damage.
But Ana just come over and bully you in the face just because she can.

Yeah, she literally has no reason to bother Accelerator's plans here besides the fact that she could. She's just pissing off every protagonist so they'll eventually gang-up on her.

And she probably has already out done all of the super villains before her, with even Hamazura fell victim to the coins.

On top of that, she caused the biggest tragedy in the academy with the least amount effort possible.
Even a devil has to tempt the person to lead a person into self destruction. But Anna just sit and tosses the coins all over the place and everything just burn and crashed on their own.

Then all effort to do good just flipped in to the worst.
Accelerator's ambition aside. Even Frillsand#G, the cleanest product out of Dark Side that was built by a man of true conscience, ended up as a horrifying wraith.
All these happened with the Rosicrucian didn't even try.

The child errors made it out safely was like the only thing keeping this volume from becoming pure despair.

This just ties back into the whole social media aspect.

Unlike all the other villains, who sought to control people, Anna doesn't do that. She simply sits back, provides a service and reaps the benefits.

People lose their privacy, fed misinformation, their brain ends up breaking and norms are altered without them even realizing what they were doing.

I do wonder if GT4 will start to give us a full view on what Anna's action are affecting the magic side GT 1 to 3 was essentially Anna attack on the science side which ended up with her winning

Currently at Chapter 3 part 10, my thoughts so far... this might be the most boring volume in the entire series so far. I don't know about the rest of you but I don't exactly find Anti Skill jobbing for like the millionth time interesting, especially considering that WE HAVE NEVER SEEN THEM BEING COMPETENT AT THEIR JOB, how the hell am I supposed to be surprised or feel bad that they are losing this badly?

The Hamazura storyline is going exactly as I feared, just one convinience after the other and him getting rewarded by having all the women flirting with him or rubbing their asses and tits on him in some way for no literally reason.

The only surprise so far is realizing that almost every dark side character is a Kihara, but that is dampened by the fact the they are so incredibly overpowered that it makes the content boring because it's just Kamachi trying to pull a Baggage City all over again, but without all of the interesting parts.

There are more things that I could talk about but I'll leave it at that for now because sincerely, I don't care to talk about this volume at the moment. This is the first time I have been actively ignoring a volume of this series and putting off reading it and I don't like that... the pay off at the end at the very least better be worth it.

Just go back to Touma, please Kamachi.

Finished reading. This volume is like some Drag-on Dragoon storyline. Holy shit Kamachi that was.....disgusting. Especially with how pointless all the suffering of it was




And ironically this can only happen in AC because with Aleister gone, it's anti-Magic defenses are essentially stripped naked. Welp

Honestly at this point Accel should reveal the existence of the Magic Side to Academy City public and start instructing the espers and personnel on magic

Everyone in AC's leadership who knew about magic is either gone or dead except Accel, so he really will have to figure out ways for the city to deal with it now.

He should hire Index as a consultant. He can pay her with food.
