So I just watched the Touma vs Accelerator episodes and I have to say dub Accelerator isn't as bad as he's made out to be. Sure he's not as good as Japanese Accelerator but that's a given. He's still good we just have the bar set too high. I still enjoyed watching him.

Yes. Can't wait to get my hands on these. I wonder if they will be Blue-ray and DVD this time.

I assume since Railgun S was streamed that it is already a lock for a physical release.

Sorry, I haven't heard Kazakiri and Sherry Cromwell yet.

So I've manage to get a hold of some of the Index English dubs... And so far, I concur that-- 1) Kamijou's VA was a good choice, 2) Misaka's VA was a okayish choice, 3) Index's VA... Too high pitch... 4) Kuroko's VA is just not very memorable. Sherry, doesn't sound too memorable either.

But more importantly they really have to do something about the dialogue... Chounnibyou-ish Animes really don't translate well into English Or maybe it's an inherent issue with dubs and I just need to #dealwithit mostly the emotional scenes only I suppose.

Misaka's VA is very... popular... though... so... I question you saying that was a bad choice. Britney is very popular with English dubs...

I didn't say she's a bad choice, just... Doesn't really stand out as much, so okayish.

Well if she's popular then I suppose it's just me.

Not sure whether this is the right thread. Grabbed the girl who leapt through time from Amazon yesterday and look what popped up in the pre orders:

https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/aw/d/B00...VATJ6Y25EB9TDG

Those are UK releases of index and Railgun, both due for release later this year.

Is it a Manga UK license? When did this happen? Well for Europeans, we have an official release.

Will be interesting to see what cuts the BBFC have made to railgun too. I'd be surprised if there are none.

ETA:

Yeah it's Manga UK: http://www.mangauk.com/item.php?s=a-...sodes-1-24-dvd
