Could anyone give any feedbacks on how the manga is? Is it kinda like Planetes? Or there is more action and stuff?

It's more gritsy with sex and political ambition.
You could read it as a prequel of planetes since the time setting is before we created a large scale stationary oribiting station and just started constructing a lunar base.

Is the manga liscense? Have it gotten to the States? or are there any Scanlation Groups?

Moonlight Mile is back from hiatus stiring more mayhem in the horizon bringing Pakistan and India into the spotlight.
India with their early warning satellite, "Chandra 4" has placed the bitter rivary between Pakistan into stalemate but a group of Pakistan ultra extremist wanting power is training to disable Chandra 4.
