Good point. I generally thought they regarded each other as family too. The reason he saw Sayo instead of Ieaysu in the illusion probably meant Tatsumi was a little closer to her out of the two.

Agree with you're answer to Reaper as well. Though ,this not mean that Tatsumi village will be always safe. From what we know his village will be one of the next.

Unlike other Manga, Light Novel, and Anime this one is hard to predict for me. This Manga isn't exactly random, but sometimes it is which I applaud it for. If there is something that could happen, it may happen. I hope to read ch 15 soon, it will be interesting.

The thing that i love about this manga is that show dark theme and bad thing but at the same time show even funny thing. Is like you see the true life(well a true life for this kind of setting). You see them live their life in their base .become friend and more see them become closer and closer and even joke between them and then in one mission you see one of them die. Is something that you don't see often in manga or ln. See this kind of swicht from light theme to Dark theme. And is something that i really like.Also you don't feel force how relationships/friendship born/happen.

True this is the only dark thing I like in Manga, other dark stuff like NTR makes me want to take out my SIG 556 and put as many holes as possible in the gun cage few blocks down from my house.

@Soji, I like that too. My favorite stories usually have a nice mix light and dark atmospheres. One of things I appreciate about this series is that despite the harsh era these characters live in, they can still find some happiness in they lives.

Agree with you here. That's why this manga is soo good. Also for who is interesting the text traslation of ch 17 and 18 is out. and ch 18 make more clear one thing...

Don't think that the armor is not compatible to Brath...
After all one could not use a Teigu or it will reject the user if the Teigu is not compatible...
More safe to say that Tatsumi's compatibility is a hell lot higher than him.
Kinda like with Esdes...

Edit: Also talk about Esdes if she is the stronger and is General class and we know from the start of the manga that tatsumi had the potential to become general class i wonder if this mean he can become her lv. I mean ,i know i say he seem to be set up to fight her or enemy at her lv in the future still.

If not Esdes wouldn't have fallen for him... aside from his lady killer smile...
And multiple characters did take into notice his potential...
Most likely of Akame's comment...
If Brath could take on River a general class and commented Tatsumi can overtake him then that it self is already a proof on how far he can go...
So for us its better for him to stay with her for the time being...

But honestly I would be disappointed if they are created from the same being. I mean nothing would really change in that case another thing is ...if Incursio is a prototype then we can aspect something strange from him.normally prototype have side effect or something bad /strange that the finally version don't have. The problem is if this is good for Tatsumi or bad.Also i laught soo much that he had a similar event with kuroga that he had with Akeme.XD Though i start to wonder if the author make Tatsumi and us know more about Esdes and her group because he want set up drama or because the 2 group will fight a common enemy in the future. We still don't know from where the monster come. (if i recall rigth).So i would be no suprise if a 3 party come into play soon .

And the one in the recent chapter seems to be the third party they will have to deal with before dealing with each other...

Spoiler for spoiler: I agree about Pet girl( justce freak ) and wing boy to die soon.About what you say that probaly the case.That one seem to be the 3 party or at least one of them.Though i'm a little worry for Night Raider that are there. I hope none of them die while tatsumi is with Esdes on that island.Also maybe because of this one,when tatsumi and Esdes are back tatsumi will use Incursio for some reason make Esdes find out about him being part of Night raider.

If we remember correctly she can't use her power if used excessively kinda like in the flashback of 16...

Also if you re-read ch 14 it's seem that Incursio itself just awake. Even Brath was suprise about how much power Tatsumi have with Incursio. So who know what else he can do that brath cant. Talking about Esdes Spoiler for spoiler: She do say to Tatsumi that she will need his help for the plan. WOnder what she meant with that. It's hard to think she need tatsumi help for come back . Though I agree with you NeutralZero if tatsumi will use Incursio will be when they are back. Maybe something happen or some one from Night Raider need help and he just use incursio because of that? Though i hope that if this happen there is something that will help Tatsumi and Night Raider to escape from esdes and her group. Otherwise this will end worse than ch 14 and ch 9. Also I start to wonder if is her sword her teigu or that kind of mark that she have on her chest.

He would always hold back no to mention if this happen there is the chance that he had to do something that he don't want to keep his link with Night Raider secret. And there is the chance that some night raider would think him like a traitor.No...would be pointless now do something like this from my POV(minus for drama later on). Also i think is much better if he reach that kind of power by himself and no because Esdes train him.No to mention if they end up fight each other what will happen? Also even if this happen the first time they meet Akame or some one from night Raider and that one is in danger he would totally try to help Akame or the one in danger.
