I was expecting something a lot more.. lackluster. I'm glad it didn't disappoint; I remember how much I used to love this series when I first got into it and having it wrapped up nicely, well, it takes me back.

Not sure. Just says 2nd ch will be in full-color. I think it'll just be finale to the series.

mostlikely they will simply show the world a few weeks/months after the war where everyone is now lovey-dovey to each other

No surprise that the last chapter will be twice as long, one chapter would be waaaaay too short for a real ending to tie so many loose ends up and other aftermath stuff. Hell some might say even two chapters to wrap things up is not enough.

As for this chapter. It's funny, last week I had a crazy stupid thought that based on Naruto having a bandaged arm in the movie and the attack angle of the chidori attack Naruto would sacrifice his arm to counter it. And since as far as I know we've only see Sasuke's head in the movie previews and not his whole body, he would after being 'Talk no Jutsu'ed' would offer his own arm as a replacement and have Sakura do the operation.

Didn't expect both of them to lose an arm. Can't wait to see what crazy shit they come up with to deal with this.
On a final note. Really Sasuke? You thought Naruto was cool and you wanted to be like him? You damn Tsundere! XD

the best conclusion for final naruto vs sasuke , i really liked how he lost, its not because he is not powerful enough to defeat naruto, but because naruto is powerful enough to stop him.
very very nice conclusion to their rivalry and the twist at the end was just so unexpected. great ending,
i am really happy to see this conclusion for sasuke. after all the pain and suffering and the burden he carried, it felt good so see him finally relieved and let go of it.

What are you talking about? this chapter is the 3rd of November chapter it just leaked early like they always do. Next week is double chapter finale.

actually i think that was naruto cutting sasuke off and saying that since the bubbles and point of view looked like it change. additionally the words "first bond" where used which is usually from naruto. i might be wrong tho

Kishi didn't dissapiont that was an amazing chapter!!! That punch from Naruto was something else! And the reveal at the end was great I didn't expect them both to lose an arm.... Just wondering if Naruto can still grow body parts...maybe they will use some zetsu pieces like obito

I have to say that this was a phenomenal end to the fight. I was deeply satisfied. That was a great resolution. Now just one more double release to go so we can end on 700... and the movie.
