Yes, I certainly am, but I don't just randomly make up arguments that support it, do I?
Night at middle school, Yuiga confess that he were able overcome personal crisis and push forward seeing Uruka doing her best all time first. Not sure which chapter was it but if this reminder is not enough I can look for it.

So, soilers were legit, Umehara got herself Ikeman boyfriend and Yuiga dream that will linger in his consciousness for while.
I can't say there is any particular development for main cast front, but this event might give Naryuki some food for his thoughts, if we throw in some suspension bridge effect hopefully something still might come out of this in future.

The popularity poll will tell him something, even though multiple votes are allowed. If there will be a Y-san of this series, then that will be also displayed and factored in, I assume. Although... Whenever I see a japanese unboxing video about manga or light novel, the only thing they say about the heroine illustrations are "XY-chan kawaii!" Therefore I won't even be surprised if Rizu wins the poll miraculously.

^I talked with some authors in Syousetsuka ni Narou and they do have tendency to persist with their main heroines
Even if they somehow created better heroines later in the story (almost always), they won't change their main heroines no matter what

Weekly Shounen Magazine titles are a proof of that. In Weekly Shounen Jump, the main heroine is obvious most of the time, but it gets dragged on forever just to confirm the obvious ending. In WSM, the main heroine is also obvious most of time, but they become a couple relatively early in the manga, then a lot of shit happens, focus shifts to another heroine, who is better, but in the end, main heroine comes back when (not) needed, and still wins.
