OK sorry for interrupting but I couldn't stop thinking about this one anime I watched in the 1980's. The time period setting was in the future time period and a farm boy who came from space goes out and plays this crazy baseball sport. In this baseball game, you get to beat up other players in the field and you get tagged out if they hit you in the left chest I think. The chest is like a diamond looking thing. They hit you in the chest it like paralyzes you and you are automatically tagged out of the game. Also in the game, you can play like baseball but you get to hit the ball with your legs, hockey stick tennis racket etc. as long as you can hit it. Its so futuristic and I think it is humans versus some violent aliens from a different planet. They all wear different uniforms and armors from the sports they specialized in like hockey, football tennis etc. Its usually all guys and one girl who plays tennis. Really crazy baesball, I think the title was something like spaceboy baseball boy in Korean but I dunno? Can someone identify this title of the anime?

i'm glad i could help! it's actually pretty amazing i remembered... i knew it looked instantly familiar (and thought it was something macross, like someone else mentioned) but the dragon was the tip off. AWESOME ova, btw! I know NSW agrees with me ^_^

Yeah, too bad all the torrents I find for it are long dead though, lmao.

Oh well, at least it was released on R2 DVD in 2006, I'll just have to buy a copy off Yahoo Japan Auctions.
