[MANGA] Bleach Chapter 473 Discussion

^Have Ginjou explain from the bloody start why and how he left SS, ditch the whole psycho drama that Ichigo went through, and sincerely ask for his help, presenting the FB team as allies from the get-go.
If he wants to be a villain, then I would have ended bleach with "farewell", or turn it into a slice-of-life manga about Ichigo's deliquent fights from that point on :P

I have a feeling that no matter what Kubo does, the people of Animesuki forums will never be satisfied:P There's always something to complain about.

It's not like AS is a group of haters who're gonna hate, it's just that Ginjou's last line was totally stupid, he even brought it up in the middle of the bloody fight! That's even more half-assed than mentioning it after losing first.

Well really, I would've gone back as far as the very first arc and change a lot of things (e.g No SS arc) but if we're just talking about this chapter...

1) Less panel wasting: more content
2) A better explanation why Byakuya cut down Tsukishima despite thinking he's his friend (e.g. "However your actions show you are a danger to other people and i must abide by the rules")
3) No stupid pseudo-philosophical bullshit from Ginjou.i.e He should definitely NOT say that Ichigo has no reason to fight him anymore (Because he clearly does). Instead he should just get to the fucking point.

Hah, I actually thought about that a while back. I wouldn't have gone back as far as Haak, but just to around the Ulquiorra fight. In short, I would've changed some minor details starting there, shortened the Fake Karakura battle greatly, not had Aizen be so hax so it was was possible for him to have to retreat, had Ulqy's words about Orihime being "one of them now" actually lead to something, then I would've had a few smaller story and world-building arcs leading up to a final arc in heaven, or whatever the dimension is called where the Zero squad and soul king are.

Basically I would've not ignored the various plot threads that have been dropped by now. I realize that I have the advantage of hindsight, so maybe it's a little unfair, but I do think Kubo dropped the ball on multiple things.

Kubo takes Chekhov's gun and turns it into Chekhov's...OLD gun! Besides, Ginjou seems to be based off entirely of what Ukitake had said a hundred chapters back to Ichigo, and while I can see why you would make an entire arc out of the whole shinigami sub thing, Ginjou is more of a fullbringer than a sub, so...yeah. At least make it about Ginjou's past from the start, it makes the whole "team" concept feel like something that shouldn't be there.

Bleach has a TON of problems and issues here and there, but it also has alot of redeeming qualities or else it wouldn't be this popular and I wouldn't be still keeping up with it.. or maybe it's cause I'm bored and need more anime lol. But anyways yeah.. it is what it is.. some of the stuff is really stupid, but in the end it's not HORRIBLE..

That being said.. this chapter was okay. Wasn't bad.. wasn't really exceptional. More curious about what happened to Rukia than anything else though right now.

I do believe Aizen said the same thing about Ichigo's motivation for fighting him since Inoue and his friends were safe...and Ichigo suddenly lost all his confidence. Seems to me the exact kind of logic that Ichigo falls for...

Not sure where'd i post this so i'll put it here. Due to pocessive parents and teachers who know i could be doing leaving cert lvl work if i tried, i have had my laptop, all my books and sources of entertainment stripped from me. I am only allowed a maxium of 4 hrs per week on tv/computer/anything else that isnt school related and even when im allowed on the computer have to try and do the research for my Junior cert projects. I will very rarley be back here between now and christmas and the same between new year and the end of june. Im very sorry. :'(

Ive read the spoilers and......meh. Not all that exited to read the REAL chapter. Going back and re-reading this chapter Ive noticed that Gin is one butt UGLY mofo. I mean jeez man, is it just me or is this guy one of the lamest chars Kubo made?
