There's plenty of us living in sunny Singapore, and aside from SG50, the next big event in Singapore politics is the next General Election. This thread is for any discussion related to GE 2015.

Any guesses on the outcome?

My guess: PAP to retain absolute majority but lose the 2/3 majority required to pass amendments to the Constitution.

From what I was told, if you're in UK you have to drag your ass down to the Embassy.

...In London.

Whenever this election is I hope to Aiwass it's before I fly back to Manchester.

Err... you have to be an overseas resident to register to vote overseas

I don't think being overseas for short periods count. Just justify your absent vote and register to be restored to the voters list for the next elections

Tomorrow's the day of reckoning, and it's looking like I'll have to tone down my prediction a little. My prediction in the original post is probably at best an upper bound instead of a likely event.
