Really an amazing episode, this series is quickly becoming my favorite series this year, and title of next episode look promising. And Kyousuke was impressive this episode, I applaud him for the talk with his dad and Kirino was cute again .

According to Mazui it is indeed from Na-Ga.

So yeah, major props to Kyousuke for the ending there. Kinda saw it coming that he'd cover for Kirino by saying the stuff was his, but that didn't make it any less ballsy. Especially with a dad like that... o__o
lol actually I only meant the one in Nogizawa Haruka no Himitsu.

And nice falcon punch btw.

That part made my day.

Well, it seems pretty unbelievable that the father would actually let Kirino get away with all that.
Kyousuke must have made an awesome speech or something.

And... woah. You can unlock 99% of the CG's with just 5 saves?
I couldn't tell if the father was just trolling him about doing lewd things in his sister's room, or if maybe the laptop is another one of the many secrets.

Yeah, I actually like how the anime is diverging from the manga quite a bit.

Spoiler for manga spoilers:

Was a great episode really, liking it more than i thought I would.

Stores in cities are like a little community gathering and you hear people talk about their favorite brands and items all the time. You'll have to yell to talk to an employee, unless you're at a high-end mall. Even then, you'll still need to speak fairly loud to get a conversation going. That's just how a large, busy city is.

Simply put, unless there is a sign on the door saying the area needs quiet (and not many place other than high-end bar or cafe), you won't see a quiet spot in cities like Tokyo.
True, but this is just a cafe of some sort. And the surrounding people weren't being that loud. Therefore, I think this shop isn't like one of those you mentioned and that there is no requirement to speak loudly.

And since I doubt you've been to every part of Asia, I believe you can hardly say "all Asian cities".
In fact, I've been to stores/restaurant/cafes in some Asian cities, and I definitely didn't encounter the need to shout around.

I mean, how many people you know who never took a sip of beer or alcohol before their 21? and how many people you know waited to have sex until 18? and how many guys you know don't have porn somewhere in hiding? Don't tell me that your parent didn't knew you have sex, beer and porn, they just didn't want to get on you ass and want to give you a little bit of freedom. And they know that those stuff don't really have bad influence on you unless you go overboard. and most parent shift from preventing to educating because they know threw them away and forbid you from doing it won't solve anything.
Sorry, but I believe it is the opposite. Especially the parent part.
Of course, I am not my parents, so I can't speak for them, but I believe they aren't just "they just didn't want to get on you ass and want to give you a little bit of freedom" and all of the other stuff you are saying parents are.
Then again, I'm sure you know more about my parents than me and are not generalizing parents. (obvious sarcasm)

As for the "how many" thing...
I don't know (as I'm not the type to actually try and find out), of course, but I know I am one.
And the fact "everyone" is doing it doesn't make any of it right or allowable.
Haha, I can imagine someone trying to tell me I should let my children ignore everything else and just do something because "no one else" cares about the law or whatever and does it... Oh the chills.

Too bad for her he wasn't following at all . Though I suppose with everything that's been going on with Kirino he's been more focused on her. Sadly Manami is going to need to keep trying if she's going to get anywhere there .

Never expected for Kirino's hobby to be revealed to her parents so quickly, btw.

I would like a direction of what was skipped compared to the novel at this point in OM if possible.

Just one thing to add to this.....did Kirino not shout only because she was excited and all?

Your confirmation comes in this article that has NSFW content be warned. It is here=>
http://www.sankakucomplex.com/2010/1...-pantsu-anime/
BTW kind of sad they generalized the anime as pantsu with one scene only....it does not make it like that at all. In fact I don't think it has become enough even for a ecchi classification yet. Beach or pool episode will be most likely ecchi luscious if it happens.

Agree, it'll make great omake bonuses for DVD.

True, I haven't been to all the cities, but I've been to enough and live there enough to find that is more of norm than anything.

While I agree with your view on underage thing and applauded you for being one of the EXTREME RARE exception, but really, what can parents do? What can you do? you can forbid the behavior all you want, they'll just be more willing to break them and try harder to hide it from you. If you find cigarettes or alcohol in your kids' room what can you do? They already proved to you they can find a way to get those stuff? Ground them? You can ground them until they're 18, hell even move with them to college but what 'll happen? I guarantee you they'll get more messed up instead. Then what? you'll drag your kids to the police and have them arrest on juvi-charges?

Besides, I'm in the camp that education is more important than forbidden. U.S. used to outlaw alcohol and what happen? alcohol related crimes went up. Speakeasy become the rage, and the government was forced to lift the ban. U.S. drinking age is 21, yet compare to most other countries with lower drinking age, our alcohol-induced crime rate were higher.

Besides, its not illegal to sell R-18 porn stuff to minor in Japan. (or in US for that matter, depend on states) R-18 is like ESRB and movie rating that are self-regulated system, most large stores won't do it, and all store put up signs to pass inspections, but it's not illegal.

Compare to Eroge and porn, under-age sex and drinking is breaking law, but you musty have seen or heard the statistic some time during your school life to know that majority are breaking them. I didn't have a sip of alcohol until 18 when I was in Taiwan and being forced by uncles, aunts, and other family members, and since then I've drank responsibly. I didn't break Taiwanese law, but it is against U.S. law, so tell me what is ethical and moral?

Just as a side note, when I was a kid before moved to US, there were tons of time my family members will offer a sip of alcohol during family dinners and my family is actually a fairly-well known old-tradition clan in Taiwan and that didn't stop old relatives offering alcohol to underage and prevent my family from filled with people with high education from prestige school. Besides, in Japan, not all alcoholic beverage is banned, sweet wine can be offered to minors and TONS of Asian dish have strong alcohol mixed in them and underage drinking is not strictly enforce, they'll take them back to station, yelling and counseling a bit, give them a warning, and that is that....

The way this anime is portrait, it is very close of real-live scenario. You can be more uptight, and you family being more strict, but that's not how majority of the world is.

I learned it the hard way because of not drinking during high school and that cost me quite a few social opportunities to hang out with my friend or going out with girls.

I just watch episode 3 and even I'm expecting it watching it in the anime is different. Plus Kyousuke evolve from a normal person into an Otaku.

They even add choices!!! hahaha

When" Kyousuke said what kind of flag is this" clearly says his not your ordinary man anymore.
