Big list but let's see what I can do here.

Why don't you give Nyan Koi, Dragon Crisis, & Nogizaka Haruka no Himitsu a shot if you're interested.

Alphabetization of long lists always helps. Here you go ...

Even if it's an older anime, I HIGHLY recommend watching the Crest of the Stars trilogy. The romance in it will make up for its dated look a hundredfold.

For more recent titles that I didn't see on your list: Kanon, Macross Frontier, Haruhi, The World God Only Knows, True Tears, Myself;Yourself, School Rumble, Maburaho, D.N. Angel, Seto no Hanayome, and Ai Yori Aoshi are the first anime that came to my mind that had memorable romances.

And there's A LOT more good ones out there, those were just from the top of my head

I strongly recommend you don't judge a book by its cover and watch Nazo no Kanojo X. One of the best romance anime of recent years, and nothing like what you'll be expecting based on the first few minutes.

I second the motion of rosario+vampire its one of those animes that once you watch it you question yourself on why you didn't watch it before, even the dubbed version is pretty good ^_^, just thinking about it makes me want to watch it again, but just FYI the series was never completed because i guess they didnt make as much in the second season as they thought they would and decided to not spend more money on a third
