Definitely a lot of cute moments from the cast when they were making chocolate. Yukino spazzing out causes Hachiman to spaz out apparently.

Very interested in what went through Hachiman's mind when he heard about Yukino giving Hayama chocolate in the light novel and the part with Yui at the beginning of the episode, maybe we'll actually get some visibility on where he stands in regards to his feelings.

Wasn't it Yukino giving Hayama chocolate(in this episode)? And Haruno is scary, really scary. Her antagonism is just overpowering all three of them.

I think Yui is trapped between 8man and Yukino. She really wants to become closer to 8man, but that may destroy her relationship with Yukino. If she does nothing, she's sure 8man and Yukino will get closer, meaning she will pretend to be happy as always while hurting herself. That's why she doesn't want 8man to walk her home in the end since she thought it would be unfair (presumable referring to Yukino).

Haruno may have figured this and is trying to push them off the cliff. They are still not completely honest with each other.

I think you're missing the point, Hayama received a chocolate from Yukino long ago (still under confirmation) so that implies she used to like him. Actually she only have eyes for 8man and its pretty obvious she's in love with him.
