Mai Hime / My-Hime

After viewing the pormo, I'm really looking forward to this series. There seem to be mystical creatures, highschool lesbian chicks with special fighting powers and some fanservice

Hot damn, I really love that last scene.

Edit: Wow, lesbian high school chicks. This is my favorite type of anime. Definitely a must see! Oh and Slade, your sig is really disturbing.

Dang it. Now I have to download it. I will edit my post once I watch it.
*edit* I really liked the music. The powers and mystical stuff look cool. The fanservice doesn't really appeal to me, though. After all, I think that's what makes anime look bad. Then again, who doesn't like a well-drawn character?

I had the same problem...
Anyway, I couldn't really tell much from this preview. It looks interesting, so I'll download the first few eps, but I'm not expecting a lot from it.

Don't be disappointed if this is not shoujo-ai/yuri, because promos can give wrong image. But at least it looks like we don't have to be without fanservice in this spring season.
And that last scene was just beatiful.

This anime looks to be a good watch... *ahem*. nah it looks genuinely good and interesting if you can get past the fan service, which im sure we all will.

1 more thing i noticed that in the begining of the preview when it was doing a little background, it said this was the "Third Chapter"... ???.

I just tried this torrent and found the following (concerning the sound). I have the ffdshow codec installed only (ffdshow-20030523.exe ).

Media Player Classic (6.4.7.8)
No sound until I 'Increase Rate' (>> Ctrl Up) and then 'Decrease Rate' (<< Ctrl Down)

Windows Meadia Player (8.0)
No sound

DivX Player (2.5.2)
No problems, plays sound fine

Why is this called "My Hime" and not "Mai Hime" ( 舞.HIME )?

"Mai" ( 舞 ) is obviously from the name of the main female character Mai ( 舞衣 )...

I mean, I can understand if they call it "My Princess" to anglicize the title

Maybe it has something to do with that "my" is written "mai" ( まぃ ) in kana, so that title has double meaning when they used kanji in title: Princess Mai or My princess. I don't really know, just my thoughts...
