Well, You can see a somewhat grown up Rin in the end of HF.
And poor Saber can't grow anymore because of her circumstances...
But I bet none of them has the build like Rider...actually not even Sakura as grown-up.

Anyways, I think Rin's new Hairstyle suits her a bit better. I mean I didn't really liked her twintails. And Sakura definietly looks better with longer hair.

If you want to be really technical, there not the same person. Perhaps it would be easier to understand that Archer is a Shirou but not the Shirou

I think in the story, they shouldn't be treated the same. Ok, I know they share the same identity, but they are just different. They have different motivations, personalities, different roles in the story etc. They are two different characters.
