Not really. If you use that line of reasoning, then the entire Gotei 13 is useless as well. The only person who was actually strong enough to take on Aizen was Yamamoto, and he got haxxored.

And yeah, well, I actually don't ship either Orihime or Rukia. It's a shounen action/adventure story, not a romance. If I sound like a shipper, let me assure you that's not my intention. I stand up for Orihime because SOMEONE has to defend her viewpoint.

I like both characters, and while they could both use improvement, I still like them as they are. She has good reasons for acting the way she does, and I don't like how people hate her for being peace-loving, as taking a pacifistic stance and enduring, rather than fighting, actually takes much greater strength. Despite the laws of shounen, sometimes not fighting, or having compassion and empathy, is a lot tougher. Look at how Orihime brought back to life the Fractions that tried to kill her. How many people can say that they would do the same, even assuming they had the power? I sure as hell wouldn't have. And to be honest, I don't think anyone else in the series would have either, even Ichigo or Rukia.

Sure Rukia seems weak compared to Ichigo, but most of the characters do, not just females.

Anyway, like I said, Rukia at least puts up a fight. With Inoue, she's immediately scared, or she thinks she wants to fight, but ends up losing because she doesn't really want to. She's a healer, but she got kidnapped because Ichigo & pals didn't realize how important she is and failed to protect her, although she was also kidnapped because stubborn-ness.

I just don't like healer characters that don't have any other skills, or can't defend themselves in a fight. Sure Inoue's skills are exceptional but I just don't like those characters.

yes, Rukia's drawings are the best, you can see i enjoy them by my signature pic. I want a pic of her Aizen drawing, so funny. You shouldn't forget about anytime hiyori calls someone a dumbass. Also when the captains showed up in HM & started owning the espada.

well, i thought of a good thing about the bount arc. it went with the storyline. not like the new captain arc & zanpaktou arc.
