I'll be honest, the similarities to Ali Project are so strong and so many that if the songwriter tried to deny any influence I would cry foul: the structure, the singing style, the wacky synth arpeggios, even the tone of the bridge. When you also consider that Hardgore Alice, with her uber goth loli style, basically looks like she was ripped from an anime with an Ali Project theme song (especially thinking of Rozen Maiden here).

Maybe it's just that Ali Project has come to define the sound of goth loli style, but I think I have to assume that these similarities are very much intentional.

Well...that was an intense episode.

Just when I thought it was over, Top Speed stumbles, making me think she had been hit by one of Mary's bullets...but it was actually Swim Swim.

Geez, Swim Swim is so twisted by Ruler's "teachings" that anyone that isn't an ally is someone who must be killed. And it doesn't help that her ability is a lot more useful than I thought, as she can make things go through her body just like she can "swim" into solid objects.

Meanwhile, Nana was such an emotional wreck that she put an end to her own life. RIP

...and the surviving twin (Minael, was it?) seems to have found out Alice's identity. Yep, she's as good as dead now.
