Sorry. The picture in question was just a sketch and he had spikey hair (reminiscent of Kallen, I'd say) but sharp features like a guy, and IIRC the pantyhose shoulders of Suzaku's KoZ outfit. Meh.

The picture you posted makes him look like a pansy if you ask me. I thought he'd look cooler, but I've only seen the back of his head and his mouth 'til now.
