They're not like drive forms.

It's more like Command Styles in Birth By Sleep, except they're tied to the Keyblades this time.

For now, it seems like a good design decision since it makes every Keyblade unique, unlike in previous games where they were stat sticks to be tossed aside once you got a stronger Keyblade. There wasn't much reason to use any Keyblade outside of Decisive Pumpkin or Ultima Weapon or Oathbringer in KH2, or whatever Keyblade had the highest stats in every other game.

So much for the 2018 release date. Well, one month isn't a big deal, and honestly I'm not surprised at another delay. Just hope there aren't anymore delays after this. Well, actually I hope more that the finished game is stable. No game could possibly be worth the 10+ year wait, but we don't need game breaking bugs after all this time. After this, not sure I'll bother with the series again.

All of those games with Final Mixes were made before DLC was a viable model, since both 1 and 2 were PS2 games, and Birth By Sleep was originally a PSP game.

Things like extra optional boss fights and cutscenes can easily be implemented via DLC today.

Hard to believe this will be the last E3 before KH3 finally launches. Well, barring any other delays. Or they save other big reveals for Tokyo Game Show (is that still a thing?). Hm, interesting trailer, and confirmation of Frozen (no surprise). Looks great, hope we get plenty more footage over the next few days.

This is Square Enix we're talking about. I will not believe the release date from one of their series until I see the game's end credits.

The most surprising thing about the world of Frozen is that it took them so long to show it. I guess Frozen was in the second batch of world they worked on.

The only new world I've seen that surprises me even the slightest is Monsters Inc. While it wasn't unpopular at all, it wasn't massively popular, and it hasn't really been a "thing" for well over a decade now.

Really, it is too late.
It took too long to release the game, Aqua already fallen because of it, and Mickey gets most of the blame.

Time works in weird ways in the realm of darkness. After all, we saw that Aqua was still ok after the events of KH2 and, despite the long wait, those events took place only a few months prior at most.

Well got to give poor Aqua props for lasting as long as she did in the Realm of Darkness with no protection under constant attack by darkness 24-7, 7 days a week, 365 days a year for a very very long time. It's amazing it took this long for her to fall.
