If you look up Phil he has a pretty big VA career not just in animated work but video games on top of being a pretty hilarious comedian, I remember watching him on MadTV when that first came on

That's why I was surprised XD I saw him on MadTV before and didn't k now he did VAing n stuff.

That kind of role has really been his bread and butter, he's done so many of them. I felt that John Stewart and Static really deserved pointing out, though, since he was so good in both of those roles (at one point, memorably, playing both of them in the same episode).

That and, not even counting the plethora of DTV animated movies, Marvel has had like fifteen different X-Men/Avengers/Spiderman cartoons in the last 10 years or so, and he seems to have been in pretty much all of them, from playing bit part 4th-tier superheroes to donning the patch and once again sharing a role with Samuel L Jackson. (Which seems to be better for his characters than sharing the screen with Mr. Jackson)
