The full episode one as a prologue I believe.
It'll probably include the scene that a lot of people had been waiting for, the one involving Kazehana.

Got titles for the OP/ED.

The OP is "Hakayoku no Seiyaku ~Pure Engagement~" (白翼ノ誓約; Pledge of the White Wings)
The ED is "Onnaji Kimochi" (おんなじきもち; The Same Feeling(s))

Much as in the first season (and the game, for that matter), the songs are sung by the main quartet - Musubi (Hayami), Kusano (Hanazawa), Tsukiumi (Inoue) and Matsu (Endo).
