Waiting for translations.

...Man, this age of simulcasts has really gotten me spoiled. I remember when waiting a week for an episode of an anime to be translated was considered normal.

I'd say Crunchyroll probably has this but are holding back an announcement (and putting the episode up) until their AX simulcast panel. Same thing happened with GX.

If it turns out they don't have AXZ (which is also possible), then you can safely ignore this post.

The odds are good for it. They have the other 3 seasons, so I can't imagine they are just going to ignore season 4.

But, it'd be a lot more comfortable to have confirmation.

Yeah, I know right, that first bit was definitely not slow.

Anyway, I loved the first episode, it was so hilarious how Hibiki and co. managed to take down tanks and missiles and stuff. But, back on target, yeah, i find it interesting that they are exploring more of Chris' past and I'd like to see Chris meet up and apologize to Sonya (the woman in the flashback).

I liked the new villains and how they sung, even though I'm not sure what they did to the dictator and the soldiers.

Amazon has this season in Japan so they might get it outside of Japan as well. No clue if it'll be exclusive though.

I guess that girl in the crystal is probably gonna be the 7th insert song CD. It looked so obvious.

So these alchemists work for the Illuminati, but aren't the main bosses. I would be surprised if Illuminati is the remnants of Fine's old cult.

Again, I hope this season will explain Fine's backstory. I also hope there is a third party tailing the organization other than S.O.N.G. Maybe someone that knew Fine before she went mad (still praying it's her brother).

Apparently (I'd say apparently as it was referred in some terminology in S3 or something), in this timeline, due to the Noise and stuff, Europe (except Greece for some reason) broke down economically and academically, and thus became the Dark Continent.

And it's apparently, surprise surprise, the fault of the Big Bad behind the Big Bad of S2 and was helping the Big Bad of S3.

Go figure, they somehow made a S4 relevant for me to care about the plot about.

Also, one word: ALCHEMY.

They may save the day this season, but Hibiki's battle to finish her homework is less certain to end well .

Managed to give the main trio some awesome moments to start the season. Chris getting to spit out bullets and clean up the skies was fun. Tsubasa just chopping up everything was pretty enjoyable. And can't complain about Hibiki ripping tanks apart and showing a nice speed boost there.

Can't wait to see how Maria's group handles things. They've probably got the tougher assignment fighting that monster plus having those alchemists able to join the fight.

Chris just spitting out a bullet to blatantly show how useless mere guns are against symphogear was great. Also loved Hibiki punching tank shells out of the way as she walked forward. Really, the only thing that slowed them down there was the fact that they were trying not to kill any of the people who were trying to kill them. If they hadn't had to worry about keeping Humans alive, they could have just ripped through that whole force in seconds.

Hmm... I was hoping that chip the Doctor gave Maria before he died had the formula for creating LiNKER, but it sounds like they still haven't figured the stuff out.

What the heck are these alchemists trying to accomplish, spreading this knowledge around the world like this?

Trioxon245 from the top picture, and DreiOxin245 from the bottom picture. "Tri" and "Drei" are both words from different languages that mean "three" so it is entirely possible that these chemical weapons are exactly the same stuff as from that screenshot in season 2.

That was beautifully hilarious . Some perfect execution in just cutting out the song and letting the sound of that missile dominate before everything starts back up again. Kirika and Shirabe probably deserved to give themselves a thumbs up for pulling that off .

That will probably get more important later on, since they mentioned they were almost out of LiNKER. According to the plot line season 4 starts only a few weeks after season 3.
