It's pretty much as most people predicted, apart from that hime ruse. I was expecting she got brainwashed by Slaine.

Inaho is now literally a robot!

And, as expected, Slaine is the psycho who'll be keeping the princess locked up for most of the season.

I'm on board!!

Looks like the badass is back with a mechanical eye too. Guess it was true that he was hit in the eye (and this really seems to represent Odin reference somehow as stated before).

I was watching the episode with low volume so I have to rewatch but so...

New princess who is acting as fake Asseylum...

Real one in coma...

And looks like Kiss by Asseylum was really the Aldnoah activation rights, which explains how Slaine was able to activate the Tharsis back in Episode 12 and how Inaho gained Aldnoah rights as shown this episode.

So I guess this means Inaho needs to stay alive to keep Deucalion active... =w=;

So wait...the powers of Aldnoah can be given to people through bodily fluid contact? Perhaps that's why Slaine was able to activate Tharpsis because he had a mouth to mouth with the Princess where Inaho got her tears?

Good lord how did the first emperor transferred the powers to the knights?

Why don't you try watching it again? Inaho did get mouth-to-mouth with the princess. He gave her CPR, remember? He never got her tears.

Dude take a chill pill I'm watching the raw it just activated when some tears got into his mouth. Not everyone can remember every single detail that happened awhile ago and I just recalled that mouth to mouth thing just now.

How could he have gotten the princess' tears when she wasn't even in the room? Slaine took her body.

Transfer of rights may actually require body fluid. The drive didn't activate until the tear made it to his mouth, passing through his lips. I don't think it was the tear that gave him the rights. More like the tear may have picked up some of Asseylum's residual DNA or such on his lips on its way inside Inaho.
