Watched Oldboy yesterday, one of the sickest and most perverse vengeances ever. The twist could have been predictable for some viewers, but I honestly didn't see it coming, it was a complete shock. Also, first time I ever look away while watching a movie, I've watched gorier ones, but
Spoiler:

Overall very good watch.

I just saw, "The Takers" and it was pretty freaking good. Although there weren't any seats left and I had to sit in the very front of the theater, making it hard to see, along with my girlfriend complaining about how we had the worst seats.

Pretty awesome.

"Resident Evil: Afterlife" I could not really get into the movie.. Probably because I liked the game more..

Solyaris from -72. It's an Tarkovsky alright. Only in his movies can I be terribly tired after two hours and still be able to go "What the hell is going on." Yet, it's beautiful.

The Karate Kid and it was slightly better than expected. Granted, the plot is a parallel to the original but it was still enjoyable to watch, although the fighting was exaggerated at some points. My biggest gripe is still the fact that they called this movie "Karate Kid" when he doesn't even learn Karate. Apart from that tho, it's a good watch. I'd give it a 6/10

Just watch The Last Samurai

I know , damn SHAME ON ME that i didn't watch this movie since 2003 ...

That was a brillant movie , really entertaining and i loved the samurais and their tradition .
As usual , Tom Cruise played very well along with Watanabe & Hiroyuki .

The only problem was the emperor -.-

Anyway 10/10 !

The Iron Giant- That ending still gets me sometime. Too bad Warner Bros. didn't know what they had earlier and marketed it so badly.

I watched Rocknrolla on TV last saturday.

Its a great and funny crime film set in London, though I only started watching 30 minutes after the film started.

Indeed, it is a lot better than people give it credit for. Ken Watanabe was especially brilliant in this one.

I recently watched Eps 1, 2 and 3 of Star Wars. Eps 1 and 2 were plain horrid, especially Ep 2. At least 60% of the script contradicted itself. Episode 3, on the other hand, was much better than I remember. It still doesn't compare to the original three, but it was still quite strong and showed Anakin's change decently. There was only one piece of dialogue in the entire script that seemed really poor, but other than that, it was alright. Lucas should've simply stuck to making one movie to explain Anakin's fall to the dark side rather than make three whole movies, two of which were utterly useless.

Ink. Independent movie, with aesthetically pleasing effect and a very nice soundtrack to go with it. As close to art in movie-form one can get. Clearly one of the better of 2009.

Unbreakable-10/10. An absolutely perfect film, you can't go wrong with this one.

Space Balls 10/10. A movie incapable of being disliked.
