I get the feeling that intense study of the novels will reveal some information whereby we can extrapolate their birthdays, or at least their stated birthdays, for the case of Yuki and Mikuru.

Off the top of my head, I know that none of them are born on July 7th, since it was explicitly mentioned in Bamboo Leaf Rhapsody. I'm not sure if any of them are born on February (for the Valentine's Day thing in volume 7) or in the summer holidays (for Endless Eight), but I doubt it, since I probably would have remembered a mention.

Anyone have any other insights?

Until it's in the novel...it's unknown, and I don't think a good idea to make one up and have a later date or event that contridict it.
