Here is the relevant CDJapan listing, so go buy it instead of asking for an upload:

I really love the way they've built this plot; it's classic, but it works so well. Obviously, it's nothing new, but Episode 15 ends with some of the most telling (and arguably obvious) revelations in the show so far (for someone who hasn't read the novels). I love the way they're slowly connecting all the dots.

Spoiler for Episode 15:
Looking forward to next week's episode, and the arrival of DVD 1!

Edit: Oh yeah - I liked the new ED too. There's certainly something appealing about ED1 too (it was pretty unique as an ED, I thought), but this is a solid ED all around. I'll definitely get the single; I'm looking forward to hearing the full version.

I knew something was strange because I remembered seeing the right credits in the RAW.

I've Sound (and KOTOKO in particular) is my idol! I have like 10gb of I've songs. Imagine how thrilled I was when I found out that Mami Kawada did the first OP and KOTOKO the second. Actually that's how I found out about Shakugan no SHANA in the first place. I can't wait!! Now I just have to catch up with the current Episode. I just started watching so I'm faaar behind.

*Hopes the new OP is as good as Re-sublimity*

Oh, okie, so that explains it. Hmmz, weird why eclipse used the episode 14's OP credits instead of episode 15's. But just to check, the OP hasn't been changed yet right?

Anyway, I'm still wondering how the producers are going to squeeze like 9 (or slightly less) books' worth of content into the next like 11 episodes? After all, its already episode 15 and from what i know the story is only at like book 4-5 of the novel series.

Btw anyone knows if there will be a manga for this series too?

As do I. It would see like three episodes as flashbacks in a row, but at least they are filling in all the doubts that might arise when we watch SnS.

Spoiler for Episode 15:
Excellent deduction and assumption. Indeed, it would make for a very climactic conclusion, with the mental dilemmas as well. Of course, that would give rise to the questions whether there will be a happy or sad ending...

@ kokanaden: That would give rise to speculation about a second season, probably. I really don't think the people in charge would be that suicidal to squeeze everything in and rush everything, and yes, there is a manga series for this that deviates slightly from the original storyline. I know Volume 1 has been translated, but I don't know how many volumes have came out in Japan, though.

Episode 15 was quite interesting...
Spoiler:

Looks like Wilhelmina has yet to show her full power. I would like to see that, if possible...And is it me, or does the previous Flame-Haired Blazing-Eyes Hunter's hair and hairstyle resemble that of Shana's?

At the end of my rant...I love the screenshots of the ending, though my speakers are dead so I can't judge. Really nicely placed, each shot, though the clouds might seem a little out of place, but on the whole, An ending as good as, if not better than the first one.

Only the one has been released in tank form so far. The manga's a pretty new creation, so it won't really have much impact on the anime, I don't think.

Well, if you want my guess, I'd assume it's a shortcut so that they don't have to re-time and re-render the karaoke. Normally OPs are the same, while EDs change by the episode. You probably wouldn't notice in most cases.

I hope the Trinity don't all get pathetically killed in one episode.

I know what Guze no Tomogara is but "Ou"?

Some things i dont quite understand.

1) Why did the motorcycle guy just sit there waiting for someone to stop him?
2) About 4 people live on that piece of land, why do they need all that land for 4 people? Better yet, why did they construct so many buildings there when theres only 4 people living on that place?
3) Didn't the floating guy like die?
4) I dont really understand why Shana need to go ask the big guy to escort her to Alastor? She could've just went herself and let the big guy finish off all the Tomogara already there or arriving and then she, Alastor and Wilheima could've just fled.
5) So Alastor is actually Shana's father and her mother was the previous Shakugan?
6) Didn't understand the spell, what the hell was it suppose to do? Jinki?
7) So Shana was human? living in heaven?

Whats de arimasu?

"Ou" Is the Japanese word for King. So a Guze no Ou is a "King of Guze".

When did that happen? When he was talking to Shana the first time round? If so, I think he was taking his time, considering the probability that he thought Orogone would stall the Flame Haze as much.

My guess would be that the Tendou-kyu was actually a place for Flame Hazes to live and train in. There might have been plenty of Flame Hazes staying there, but left. Anything's possible.

The floating guy, otherwise known as Orogone was slashed by Tenmoku Ikko, and your guess is as good as mine.

The big guy (Tenmoku Ikko) wanted a battle with a strong Tomogara, one which Alastor would be (I think.) It could possibly be to get him off the Tendou-kyu...I'm not sure about this one.

Who knows? More will be explained by those who read the novel or the next episode if you please.

Jinki is probably the spell in which allows the Guze no Ou to take on a certain form. For example, Tiamat took on the form of a headdress on Wilhelmina's head, while Alastor's Jinki is a pendant.

7) So Shana was human? living in heaven?
Yes, but not living in heaven.

Probably a term of formality, seeing as how Wilhelmina is such a stickler for rules and formalities.

Does it serve any help?

Correct... OP karaokes take a long time to encode and the difference wasnt spotted, hence the "error".

And its jingi 神器, (heavenly container in this context) not jinki. Someone didnt look at the yougokaisetsu(terminology explanation aka world encyclopedia) when translating it.

From the encyclopedia: 神器 (じんぎ) フレイムヘイズと契約し、本体をその身の内に眠らせる“紅世の王”が、意思のみを表すために産みだした器物 。
Rough translation (Did it in 30 seconds):
Jingi: A container, when the flame haze makes a contract, for the real body of the guze no ou sleeping inside of them in order to (only) bring forth their intentions.

bayoab is quite right.

(taken from Shakugan no Shana ~Prelude to Shana~ extra material)

The information can also be found on http://www.shakugan.com. This is one series where the creators give fans a chance for explainations on every step of the way.

i think she says "de arimasu" b/c of the formality thing too, but the makers probably made her say that just so we can tell mina and tiamat apart just a thought b/c they sound the same

I thought the ~de arimasu~ was pretty annoying at first... but now I've grown to like it... LOL... I find it really cute and can't get enough of it now... LOL
